Will Ferrell To Present At This Year’s Golden Globes

Friday is finally here and there is a lot to look forward to this weekend! Well, at least one thing to look forward to — the 77th Golden Globe Awards ceremony takes place this Sunday, January 5 at 5pm PST / 8PM EST. Although we don’t have the results of the night’s ceremony because our crystal ball has been on the fritz lately, we do have some new details for you.

The Golden Globes will be hosted by Ricky Gervais, and if you’re experiencing déjà vu right now over that news, it’s probably because this isn’t the first time he’s hosted — it’ll be his fifth. Whew! As well as Ricky Gervais, the presenters for this year’s ceremony have also been announced. Buckle up, it’s quite the roster.

The presenters include Octavia Spencer, Daniel Craig, Kerry Washington, Kate McKinnon, Tiffany Haddish, Glenn Close, Sofia Vergara, Ted Danson, and most importantly, Will Ferrell! Like Ricky, this isn’t Will’s first rodeo. He presented at the Golden Globes back in 2013, and if you haven’t seen his hilarious speech with Kristen Wiig, well… here’s a taste of what we can most likely expect on Sunday.

In other words, it’s gonna be a great time.
