Comedy Central’s ‘The New Negroes’ Will Hit TV Next Month

Comedy Central’s The New Negroes has been a long time coming and the wait is finally over. The music/comedy hybrid series was ordered back in 2017 and will be premiering next month. Hosted by comedian Baron Vaughn and hip-hop artist Open Mike Eagle, each of the shows eight episodes will feature stand-up sets from three different comics and original songs and music videos from Open Mike Eagle with other musical guests.

The New Negroes is set to premiere on Comedy Central with Simulcast on BET Friday, April 19 at 11:00pm, and the list of featured comedians and recording artists is insanely impressive.
