There are a few key ingredients to getting into the holiday spirit: decorations, a selection of festive mixed drinks, at least one of which has to have dairy in it because somehow we as a society have just decided that heavy cream, raw eggs, and alcohol is an okay thing to drink as long as it’s December, and a killer playlist.

Nothing against the crowned king of holiday tunes, but Bing Crosby’s warbling can get a little repetitive after a while, and you’re not exactly going to pump up the mood by throwing on Nat King Cole’s O Holy Night.
